Admission

Children are admitted to the different classes between January and March depending on the vacancies in each class. The prospectus and admission form can be had from the office counter on payment of the requisite fee. Parents can get their wards registered after filling up the registration form after which the date of the screening will be completed. After the student appears at the screening, admission formalities will be completed. Registration is not a guarantee for admission. Students seeking admission in the Pre-primary classes are not required to appear for any written test.

Important Note:- The Principal reserves the right of admission.

A student seeking admission to any class in the school will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she:=

  1. Satisfies the requirement of age limit. Should have completed at least three years of age at the time of admission to Std. Nursery and Six years of age at the time of admission to Std. I
  2. Fulfills the screening procedure conducted by the school in which he /she seeks admission.
  3. Date of birth will not be changed after submission of documents.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:-

a) Transfer certificate signed by the head of the head of the institution last attended or a birth certificate from the Registrar, Department of Registration Births & Deaths/ Municipal corporation & certificate of baptism for those students attending school for the first time.
b) Documents in support of having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.
c) A medical certificate regarding general health from a registered practioner.
d) Three passport size photographs.
e) One Photograph with Father, Mother and the Student.

* No student shall be admitted or promoted to any subsequent higher class in the school unless he has completed the regular courses of study of the class in which he was admitted at the beginning of the academic Session and has passed the annual examination, at the end of the concerned academic Session, qualifying him for promotion to the next higher class.
